1) Quads, Hamstrings
2) Shoulders, Traps, Abs, Calves
3) Back, Biceps
4) Chest Triceps
I did the above split in the following order: 1, off, 2, off, 3, 4, off... Repeat

In a week or so, I will be taking a few days off (4-5 days). After that break I will start training again and use my usual 5-day training split, which I will post on here then.
